Diploma Collection


Time: 09:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Location: EM Normandie, 20 Quai Frissard, 76600 Le Havre, reception area

We invite you to collect your diploma during this period and to avoid last-minute arrivals in order to guarantee optimum collection conditions. You are MANDATORY to present an identity document.
We have chosen the Le Havre campus for diploma collection to offer you a practical and enjoyable solution.
This allows you to:

  • Drop off your diploma at your place of residence or in a secure space before fully enjoying the ceremony and festivities.
  • Explore or introduce your guests to the Le Havre campus.
We hope this arrangement will help make the day smooth and enjoyable for you and your loved ones. 😊


Welcome & Ceremony Preparation


Time: 2:00 PM

When arriving, present your QR code at the entrance to gain access to the room. A cloakroom will be available for your convenience. Once you have settled in, you will find your scarf and graduation gowns placed directly on your seat. Before the ceremony begins, you will be given a briefing to familiarise with the programme.


Doors open for accompanying people

Times: From 3:00 PM
Place : Docks Océane

Your accompanying people will be welcomed on arrival, but must present their QR code at the entrance. Remember to give them their QR code beforehand, as no access will be authorised without it. A cloakroom will be provided for their convenience. The room will be set up gradually, so that over 2,000 guests can be welcomed in the best possible conditions.


Ceremony Schedule


Start: 4:30 PM

Experience a moment that is both solemn and festive to fully celebrate your achievement.


Closing & Cocktail Reception


From 6:30 PM onwards, after collecting your belongings from the cloakroom, head to Carré des Docks , 64 Quai de la Réunion, 76600 Le Havre (located right next to the ceremony venue) for the closing cocktail.
A complimentary drink will be offered to conclude this special day in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

If you have different guests for the ceremony and the evening event, a booth will be available from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM to collect the evening access wristbands.
Please make sure to arrive with all four of your guests at the same time for the wristband exchange.


Dinner


Free choice. We recommend booking a table at one of the many nearby restaurants.

- If you're looking for a trendy and friendly spot, let yourself be charmed by Les Enfants Sages.
- If you're a fan of traditional cuisine, discover La Taverne Paillette, a true Le Havre institution.
- For lovers of natural wines and great cellars, Chez André will meet your expectations.
- Craving a culinary journey with Mediterranean flavors? Head to Côme.
- For an experience with an unbeatable sea view, La Bise is a must-visit.
- Finally, if you enjoy the warm atmosphere of a brasserie, Le Grand Quai will be the perfect choice.


Access to the Graduation Night


Entry Time: 10:00 PM - 11:30 PM


Entry is reserved for holders of the ceremony wristband.
For those who have not pre-booked, access will be granted based on availability.

⚠️ Important: Access may be refused to anyone not in appropriate attire.
As a reminder, the pre-sale at €20 includes 6 drink tickets for the evening (2 glasses of champagne + 2 beers + 2 soft drinks).

On-site drink prices:

  • Champagne bottle: €40
  • Champagne glass: €7
  • Beer: €4
  • Non-alcoholic drink (2 soft drinks): €2
